Day 21 # Sharing a Blanket

Was braucht man für eine erfolgreiche Revolution? Eine Anführerin, die große Reden schwingt, Mitstreiter fürs Action-Painting, Transparente um Susi und Strolch nachzuspielen, Cola und Pizza fürs leibliche Wohl, Tracy Chapman für die Moral, eine Couch, um nebeneinander zu sitzen und sich gegenseitig anzuschmachten - und das Wichtigste überhaupt: Wolldecken zum Teilen. Und wie diese Wolldecken geteilt werden! Emma bibbert und quatscht sich letztendlich genügend Mut an, um Jenny was zu sagen. Statt Worten lässt sie dann doch lieber Taten sprechen und die beiden küssen sich … und küssen sich … und küssen sich noch stürmischer. (Na wie soll man sich auch sonst warm halten?)

What do you need for a revolution? A leader who’s giving big speeches, fellow campaigners for some action-painting, banners to re-enact Lady and the Tramp, coke and pizza for sustenance, Tracy Chapman to boost moral, a couch to sit next to each other and share amorous glances – and the most important thing altogether: woollen blankets to share. And how these woollen blankets are getting shared! Emma is eventually shivering and yakking up enough courage to tell Jenny something. Instead of using words she turns to action and the two start to kiss … and kiss … and kiss even more vigorously. (Well, how else are you supposed to keep warm?)
